Our client is seeking a AI & Power Platform Solution Consultant (Copilot Studio focus) to support enterprise organizations in designing, building, and deploying secure and scalable AI copilots and Power Platform solutions.

As a Cloud Operations Engineer (Azure), you will combine hands-on expertise with coordination responsibilities - supporting daily operations, troubleshooting complex issues, and guiding colleagues to ensure reliable platform performance.You’ll work within a collaborative Cloud Platform Operations team alongside platform engineers, security experts, and customer stakeholders, ensuring cloud environments remain secure, compliant, and aligned with business needs - primarily in Azure, with exposure to other hyperscalers.

We are looking for an experienced ERP Solution Lead to oversee the development and implementation of Microsoft D365 F&O.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead ERP Development – Improve and customize our ERP system for scalability.
-Mentor and Guide Teams – Provide technical support and leadership to the development team.
-Ensure Quality and Agile Delivery – Manage implementation using SCRUM/Kanban frameworks.
-Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with IT leadership and ERP specialists.
-Drive Innovation – Implement modern engineering practices like CI/CD, automated testing, and version control.

Professional Requirements:
-Proven leadership in ERP/CRM development, especially with Microsoft D365 F&O.
-Strong technical expertise in X++, .NET, Power Platform, and software development best practices.
-Ability to collaborate across teams, lead projects, and ensure continuous improvement.
-Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
-You are passionate about driving innovation and improving ERP systems.
-Fluent English (German is a plus).
