Responsibilities
• Define and continuously evolve ERP product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Establish and track OKRs and performance metrics
• Lead ERP integration and interoperability strategy
• Drive continuous product discovery (user research, data analysis, stakeholder workshops)
• Own and prioritize the product backlog
• Manage the ERP product lifecycle (development, maintenance, enhancements)
• Track and manage technical debt
• Lead a team of 7–10 direct reports and coordinate across a matrix organisation
• Build and foster a product-oriented culture
• Ensure Human-Centered Design principles are applied
• Support ERP governance and decision-making processes
• Drive organisation-wide change management and communication
• Manage and align stakeholders globally
• Build internal and external networks (ERP, D365, digital trends)
• Monitor ERP performance, availability, and user satisfaction
• Oversee audit processes and access control governance
• Ensure compliance and information security requirements
• Oversee L1–L3 support model effectiveness
• Manage release and patch processes
• Own ERP budget and ensure ROI
• Define and optimize licensing strategy
• Manage vendor relationships and performance (Microsoft, partners)
• Collaborate with Data, Architecture, and Service teams
• Support strategic planning and project management processes
Requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strategic thinking with long-term vision setting
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
• Results-driven with strong prioritization ability
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• ITIL or Agile/Product certification (e.g., PSPO, SAFe)
• Minimum 7 years of ERP experience (Microsoft D365)
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience
• Experience leading large teams in a matrix organisation
• Hands-on ERP implementation, maintenance, and upgrade experience
• Contract and vendor management experience
• Experience in business value and cost model definition
• Strong understanding of the full digital product lifecycle
• Ability to manage both backlog and outcome-driven roadmap
• Experience applying Human-Centered Design principles
• Ability to navigate change and ambiguity
• Strong people management and conflict resolution skills
• Proven teamwork and collaboration across multicultural environments
• Experience in training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
