Key Responsibilities
Develop and drive the global Smart Factory strategy and multi-year transformation roadmap.
Lead the deployment and continuous improvement of digital manufacturing solutions, including MES, MOM, WMS, automation, and connected production systems.
Drive manufacturing digitalization, data analytics, and Industry 4.0 initiatives to improve operational performance and business value.
Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions across the manufacturing network.
Lead global transformation and organizational change management initiatives.
Build and develop a growing global team (currently 2 employees, expected to expand to approximately 8).

Profile
15+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, industrial engineering, digital transformation, or related fields.
Proven success leading large-scale Smart Factory, MES, MOM, WMS, automation, or manufacturing systems programs across multiple sites or regions.
Strong manufacturing operations background with expertise in Lean principles, process standardization, and operational excellence.
Demonstrated experience leading global, cross-functional teams within a matrix organization.
Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and change management capabilities.
Ability to drive results and alignment without direct authority.
