We are looking for an experienced ERP Solution Lead to oversee the development and implementation of Microsoft D365 F&O.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead ERP Development – Improve and customize our ERP system for scalability.
-Mentor and Guide Teams – Provide technical support and leadership to the development team.
-Ensure Quality and Agile Delivery – Manage implementation using SCRUM/Kanban frameworks.
-Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with IT leadership and ERP specialists.
-Drive Innovation – Implement modern engineering practices like CI/CD, automated testing, and version control.
Professional Requirements:
-Proven leadership in ERP/CRM development, especially with Microsoft D365 F&O.
-Strong technical expertise in X++, .NET, Power Platform, and software development best practices.
-Ability to collaborate across teams, lead projects, and ensure continuous improvement.
-Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
-You are passionate about driving innovation and improving ERP systems.
-Fluent English (German is a plus).
Job Purpose:
- Provide Manufacturing Accounting, Reporting and Analytical support to the manufacturing plants in Europe & America.
- Support the Manufacturing Plant Controller(s) in performing cost accounting, cost analysis, reporting and other tasks, including the execution of the month end closing process, preparation of the annual budget, performing/overseeing site internal accounting etc. In addition, provide system and process support, including training, improvements/modifications manufacturing accounting and reporting processes, performing global tasks and be an SME on certain global processes.
- In addition, work closely together with the Operations Finance, FP&A Business execution and Enterprise FP&A groups. - Provide system and process support to Operations Finance, including training and have a focus on continues improvement and automation of all Controlling processes.
- Note: Operations Finance is the owner of the SAP CO and Product Costing module and CO reporting in Analysis.
