Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for Cash & Voucher Assistance (CVA), Non-Food Items (NFI), and related services.
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate with, and build long-term relationships with suppliers.
- Manage end-to-end RFx processes and high-value procurement projects.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities, achieve KPI targets, and drive continuous improvement of procurement processes.
- Conduct market analysis and apply cost models and benchmarking to support sourcing decisions.
- Collaborate with international procurement, supply chain, finance, and cross-functional teams.
- Support ERP procurement processes, prepare reports, and provide procurement expertise and guidance.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, strategic procurement, or category management.
- Strong supplier management and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing RFx processes and complex procurement projects.
- Strong analytical skills with a cost optimization mindset.
- Experience working in an international, matrix organization.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement processes.
