If you join us, you will be responsible for the followings:
• The Admin Clerk will provide support in the annual physical count of assets directed by the Administrative Associate and relabel the deactivated assets.
• Provide support to the operations team in the annual asset verification process
• Verify assets – confirm the existence and location
• Assess and note condition of assets
• Identify assets damaged or missing
• Relabelling the deactivated attractive assets with the low value asset bar code stickers
• Relabel all the deactivated asset in the list
• Verify all assets in the office recorded in the asset register
What you need to have?
• Knowledge of Ms Excel
• Intermediate English language skills
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
