Responsibilities:
1. Job Overview You will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing the company’s sales and service network. Your work directly determines whether our products can efficiently reach end customers, serving as the cornerstone of business success. We need an expert who is deeply familiar with the local manufacturing sector and possesses strong business development capabilities and negotiation skills.
2. Core Objectives Within the established timeframe, successfully develop and onboard partners in the core region who meet brand standards, establish a high‑quality, sustainable sales network, and ensure the achievement of sales, after‑sales service, and customer experience objectives.
3. Main Responsibilities and Tasks
1. Network Development and Planning
• Conduct an in-depth analysis of the market landscape, consumer preferences, and competitors’ network deployments.
• Develop a sales network development blueprint aligned with market objectives (including city selection and network density).
2. Development and Screening of Potential Partners
• Proactively identify, screen, and build a database of potential customers.
• Leverage industry networks, trade shows, professional associations, and commercial data to identify high‑quality partners through multiple channels.
• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of potential partners’ creditworthiness, financial health, operational capabilities, and market reputation.
Requirements:
1. Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or higher
2. Competency Requirements: Proficiency in the local language and English, with exceptional skills in business negotiation, financial analysis, and contract management, as well as a well-established network of contacts and industry resources.
3. Experience Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in the local market, including at least 3 years dedicated to developing sales networks or managing B2B sales.
4. Other requirements: -Adapts to frequent business travel or on-site assignments in the local area
