Responsibilities:
• Overseeing and mentoring the injection molding maintenance team to ensure effective performance and skill development.
• Provide guidance on best practices for IM machine operation and maintenance.
• Identifying areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and implementing best practices.
• Identifying training needs and organizing skill development programs for the team.
• Maintenance of maintenance team’s competence matrix
• Preparation and implementation of maintenance and repair plans
• Implementation and documentation of maintenance actions (Maintenance, supervision and repair)
• Cooperation in the implementation of TPM
• Coordination of external service works
• Planning, management and updating of stock and spare parts for machines
• Continuous supervision of maintenance actions, keeping them up to date in the IT system

Requirements:
• Technical engineer or Electrical engineer degree
• Min. 5 years professional experience with injection molding machine maintenance
• Min.5 years professional experience as maintenance engineer in manufacturing
• Min. 2 years team leader experience
• Strong knowledge in construction and maintenance of injection molding machines
• Strong knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical and plastics processing
• Fluent English knowledge
• Basic knowledge of IATF 16949
• Excellent problem-solving skill
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Structured and analytical mindset
