About the role:
The Senior Marketing Leader (SML) will play a pivotal role in the next stage of growth. As the company expands its network, the SML will be responsible for building a relevant Marketing Strategy and responsible for the execution as well. The role requires a SML who is comfortable operating in a fast-moving, consumer-facing environment, where decision cycles are short and data-driven agility is critical.
This is a highly hands-on role that combines strategic influence with operational execution. The SML will oversee all aspects of sales and marketing, while also leading initiatives in strategic and budget planning and performance tracking at the clinic and even campaign level. The SML will continue implementing more and efficient digital tools and automatization, as well as develop further data-based reporting system.
Key tasks:
o Define and own the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives
o Drive continuous growth in new patient acquisition and retain existing patients
o Revise and manage the full marketing funnel (lead → appointment → treatment → upsell)
o Build, lead, and develop the internal marketing team
o Manage and coordinate external agencies and partners
o Introduce KPI-driven performance management within the team
o Support rapid expansion by developing repeatable launch frameworks for new clinics
o Contribute to building a strong, recognizable national brand
Additional tasks:
o Develop an integrated approach across online (mainly) and offline channels
o Align national brand strategy with local (clinic-level) execution
o Identify and scale high-performing acquisition channels
o Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration with operations and patient coordination teams
o Create a scalable marketing model for a multi-location clinic network
o Able to create and execute tailor-made local marketing activities
o Revise, standardize and replicate successful campaigns across locations
o Design go-to-market strategies for new locations, especially in regional cities
o Continuously monitor the dental healthcare market, including trends, patient behavior, and emerging competitors
o Analyze competitor strategies (pricing, positioning, services, communication, channel mix) and identify gaps and opportunities even on a local level
o Define and refine the company’s unique value proposition and market positioning
o Conduct local market analysis for each clinic location (both Budapest and regional cities) to tailor-made acquisition strategies
o Support expansion decisions with data-driven market assessments (city selection, demand estimation, competitive landscape)
o Own and optimize the full patient journey
o Align marketing with call center, reception, and in-clinic experience
o Improve conversion from inquiry → appointment → treatment
o Identify drop-off points and fix them (handover between marketing & operations)
o Drive patient satisfaction, retention, and referrals
o Revise and own the marketing data infrastructure
o Ensure end-to-end attribution (which channel actually brings revenue)
o Implement automation (lead nurturing, reminders, reactivation)
o Use data to continuously test and optimize campaigns
o Leverage AI / tools for segmentation and personalization
o Define pricing strategy across locations
o Design or redesign service packages, bundles, memberships
o Ensure medical credibility + marketing messaging are aligned
o Develop content strategy (education, authority, trust)
o Manage PR, reputation, reviews
o Develop B2B partnerships (corporate programs, insurers, health funds)
o Build referral networks (doctors, specialists, employers)
o Identify alternative acquisition channels beyond paid media
About you:
o You are a senior marketing leader with a strong track record of driving measurable business growth — not just running campaigns.
o You think in terms of revenue, acquisition funnels, and scalability, and you are comfortable taking full ownership of marketing performance in a fast-growing, multi-location environment.
o You have built and led marketing teams, managed agencies, and delivered results across multiple channels. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and you are not afraid to go deep into the details when needed.
o You are highly analytical and data-driven. You understand how to measure success, optimize performance, and make decisions based on real insights — not assumptions.
o At the same time, you understand that in healthcare, trust and patient experience are critical, and you can balance performance marketing with brand building and credibility.
o You are comfortable operating in a dynamic, scaling organization where not everything is fully structured yet. You bring clarity, structure, and systems — but you also move fast and get things done.
o You have a strong sense of ownership and accountability. You don’t wait for direction — you define it. You don’t escalate problems — you solve them.
o Ideally, you have experience in:
