Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide first line support on SAP, BlackLine, Workiva etc. for GBS Operational Teams
• As an Owner and Single Point of Contact, perform admin tasks for multiple tools
• Support/Provide Newcomer and Refreshment training on the above tools
• Incident handling: raising clarifying questions, registering tickets, manage ticket lifecycle
• Perform SAP testing for projects and CI initiative
• Support process improvements / CI Initiatives from technical perspective
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in the implementation
• Provide consultation on automation initiatives from technical perspective
• Contribute and support the standardization of processes through documentation and trainings
• Make sure the documentations are in line with the compliance rules and SOX Controls
• Metrics Dashboards Development (new metrics and closing dashboard, site board inputs)
• Reports are generated according to the agenda
• Offer mitigating actions and insights on report results
• Identify & capture discrepancies, address & follow-up with owner
• Landscape – service catalogue management: ensure report is updated as per the predefined frequency
• Deliver VBA automation solutions
• Support design creation for automation solutions
• Develop new reports based on future requirement
• Offer interpretation and insights with root cause analysis on report results
Requirements
• College or university degree preferably in finance/accountancy
• Min. 4-5 years in the following fields: accounting or finance, process improvement/standardisation projects
• IFRS and /or EU GAAP experience, exposure to US GAAP is a plus
• Solid SAP FI knowledge; Functional understanding of SAP BI, HANA/S4, Business Objects
• Advanced communication level in English (both written and verbal)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office; Experience in VBA, Power Pivot, Power Query or other reporting tools
• Having good understanding of GL transactional processes
• Clearly communicate with non-technical colleagues
• Ability to work efficiently, prioritize requests from multiple global stakeholders
• Supportive attitude
• Good interpersonal skills
