Main tasks:
Plan and steer short- and mid-term technical development of the plant
Manage and control investment projects, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI
Analyze production performance and initiate improvement actions
Develop and maintain performance measurement systems and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate closely with international headquarters functions
Lead end-to-end technical and investment projects
Manage and develop a team of Industrial Engineers and Project Managers

Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations
Experience in production environments with complex processes
Strong knowledge of investment planning and productivity improvement
Confident English communication skills
Proven leadership and strong interpersonal abilities
Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
Experience in an international environment is an advantage
Willingness to travel
