Key Responsibilities
• Support development of electric drives and high-voltage systems from an EMC perspective
• Build and run computer-based EMC simulations
• Design and support EMC measurements, including test execution
• Analyze and troubleshoot EMC-related issues
• Evaluate and improve power electronics components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (powertrain, power electronics, onboard charger, HV components)
• Prepare documentation, present and discuss results
Requirements
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience and strong knowledge in EMC field and principles
• EMC measurement, analog simulation expertise
• Experience with high-voltage systems (preferably in automotive)
• Fluent technical English and/or German (written and spoken)
• Willingness to learn German if not already proficient
Nice to Have
• Knowledge of high-frequency measurement techniques
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Experience with simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink, LTspice, CST)
• Knowledge of power electronics, EV systems, onboard chargers
• Category B driving license
