Your tasks will be:
Full communication on the delivery of goods on time and at the price the customer requires, taking into account available stocks.
Full customer relations and customer support for deliveries from logistics point of view
Processing, coordinating and monitoring orders with other departments (e.g. production planning, production, quality, warehouse)
Planning of deliveries, transport management
Organizing special transport operations as required
Support for own-production planning
Reviewing invoices (freight forwarding invoices, customer logistics complaints)
Use of customer Internet portals
Workflow investigation and control
Preparation of export documents in FOSS, CMR
Coordinating the movement of materials between departments (organising the transport of machines, production lines and tools)

Requirements:
University degree – preferred: logistics or economics field
Experience in logistics/customer service role connecting to production
Professional experience in automotive industry is an advantage
Excellent written and spoken English
Computer skills at user level – especially excel
Good communication and problem solving skills
