Key Responsibilities:
• You will act as the key interface between the company and the selected 3PL partner
• Ensuring smooth partner selection, successful warehouse implementation and stable operations after go-live
• Support the identification and evaluation of potential 3PL providers in Hungary
• Participate in partner assessments, provide recommendations to support decision-making
• Ensure the warehouse is set up according to defined requirements (processes, layout, systems, KPIs)
• Coordinate between HQ teams and the 3PL provider, monitor the project milestones
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for the partner, monitor operational performance
• Resolve operational issues
• ideal for someone who wants not only to manage operations, but to build and shape them from the ground up

Requirements:
• Experience in logistics, supply chain and warehouse operations
• Exposure to 3PL environments and wholesale sector is a strong advantage
• project management or implementation projects (warehouse setup is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and represent an international organization locally
• Fluent in Hungarian and English (German is a plus)
• Willingness to travel within Hungary
