Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Advisory
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on Microsoft 365 strategy and modern workplace transformation
• Engage with customer leadership (CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors) to understand business goals and translate them into scalable, user centric Microsoft 365 solutions
• Support clients in designing and operating high-performing, secure, and compliant Microsoft 365 environments
• Provide guidance on the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI enabled collaboration tools
• Facilitate executive workshops, strategic discussions, and roadmap sessions related to Microsoft 365 adoption and governance

Consulting Delivery Leadership
• Lead the design and delivery of Microsoft 365 consulting engagements
• Ensure high-quality implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions across enterprise environments
• Provide architectural oversight for projects involving:
• Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity solutions
• Identity and access management for M365
• Endpoint and device management within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Monitoring, governance, and operational excellence in M365
• Oversee multiple client engagements and ensure successful delivery outcomes
• Ensure consulting projects follow best practices, delivery methodologies, and governance standards
Practice Development & Innovation
• Define and grow the Microsoft 365 consulting practice, focusing on digital workplace, productivity, and AI adoption
• Develop methodologies, frameworks, and accelerators supporting M365 transformation and governance
• Drive innovation around M365 Copilot, AI in the workplace, and employee centric digital experience
• Maintain alignment with Microsoft’s technology roadmap and partner ecosystem

People Leadership
• Lead and mentor a team of consultants, architects, and engineers specializing in Microsoft 365 and modern workplace solutions
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, customer success, and continuous learning
• Support recruitment, capability development, and career growth of team members
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across consulting teams

Requirements
Technical Expertise
Strong hands-on and architectural knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including:
• Microsoft 365 platform architecture
• Collaboration and productivity services (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online)
• Identity, device, and access management
• Governance, compliance, and lifecycle management in M365
• Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-driven workplace capabilities
Experience with:
• Modern workplace architecture and transformation
• Conditional access, identity governance, and endpoint management
• Monitoring, governance frameworks, and operational excellence
Consulting & Client-Facing Skills
• Proven experience in customer-facing consulting roles
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
• Experience leading client workshops, assessments, and transformation programs
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams
• Understanding of consulting delivery models and commercial processes
Leadership & Project Management
• Demonstrated experience leading engineering or consulting teams
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Experience delivering large-scale Microsoft 365 transformation projects
