Key requirements:

- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn and other channels)
- Proven experience screening high‑volume pipelines, preferably with in-house function, or RPO. Not just agency background.
- Excellent candidate management and communication
- Confident in offer negotiation and closing
- Ability to manage 15–20 open positions simultaneously
- Preferred similar industries - manufacturing, Engineering
- Profile 1: Technical focus (Manufacturing, Engineering, IT)
- Profile 2: Corporate focus (Purchasing, Finance, Sales & Marketing) — combinations are welcome
- German And English language proficiency (required)
- Prior experience supporting the German market preferred
