Key responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the Quality Management System (QMS), manage audits and quality objectives
- Monitor production quality and take immediate action in case of KPI deviations
- Investigate manufacturing and customer issues (8D), define and follow up CAPA actions
- Lead complex quality improvement projects
- Coordinate and develop the quality team
- Address supplier and production quality issues, stop production/delivery if needed
- Support audits and new product introduction processes.

Requirements
- Engineering degree
- Experience in manufacturing quality assurance
- Knowledge of Lean and 8D methodology
- Leadership or coordination experience.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, proactive mindset, ability to manage multiple tasks.
