Responsibilities:
•Serve as the process expert for offer creation, pricing, approvals, quoting, and order creation, driving simplification, automation, and end‑to‑end process transparency.
•Identify bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities across systems and departments while supporting governance of standards, templates, and data definitions.
•Collaborate with architects and technical teams to validate solution designs, integrations, and workflows across CRM, ERP, CPQ, Pricing, and Master Data systems.
•Support Agile or hybrid delivery through backlog prioritization, story refinement, release planning, and hands‑on involvement in SIT/UAT testing and defect triage.
•Build strong cross‑functional relationships, facilitate decision‑making, and communicate complex topics in a clear, structured, business‑friendly way.
•Create training materials, process documentation, and communication packages while supporting change impact assessments and organizational readiness.
•Provide guidance during hypercare and post–go‑live stabilization to ensure smooth adoption and process continuity.
Professional Requirements:
•Degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or similar field, with initial professional IT experience.
•Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO/AX and O2O processes; SQL/T‑SQL skills are a plus.
•Strong technical and methodological abilities in support, documentation, and project management.
•Confident communicator with customer‑focused mindset, reliability, teamwork, and enthusiasm.
•Full professional proficiency in English, basic German skills, and willingness for occasional national/international travel.
Personal Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
