Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Execute and manage data creations, changes, and deactivations for all relevant domains.
• Perform data quality checks, identify and remediate non-compliant data, and ensure adherence to business
rules.
• Provide first-line support for operational master data processes and respond to data/process inquiries from internal customers.
• Manage and process special data requests, including mass updates and deactivations.
• Develop, update, and deliver process documentation, training materials, and work instructions.
• Lead or participate in master data projects, upgrades, and user acceptance testing.
• Analyze data quality metrics, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with IT and business partners to resolve issues and implement process enhancements.
• Coordinates mass updates, tests process changes, develops documentation, train/manage new team members.
• Act as a subject matter expert for master data domains and support the onboarding and training of new team members.
• Represent the master data function in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

• Support daily operational activities, ensuring all tasks and projects are current and completed on time.
Requirements
• Desirable a College or University degree
• 5+ Years Master Data Operations or Master Data Management experience
• Fluent in English, effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyse information and make deductions based on information
• General understanding of business processes supported by various master data domains Essential
• Data driven to address partner and customer needs
• Continuous improvement experience (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) is a plus
