JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze data sets from multiple sources and develop effective summarization and visualizations for multiple internal customers and project scopes
• Participate in continuous improvement project teams and contribute insight into how available data, and future master data design, can support project KPIs and project deliverables
• Establish robust master data archives organized from existing data sources, with a structure to provide ongoing data governance as well as a structure to allow multiple types of visualization and data analysis by stakeholders
• Champion data cleansing/data quality implementation changes for specific projects, as well as improving overall master data repository data quality and organization
• Suggest tool modifications, software configurations, and replacement software/platform options to reduce HMI complexity and improve efficiency
• Establish awareness of internal and externally-available software solutions for common Ketjen QHSE/CI data needs, and contribute these insights to improvement suggestions within various initiatives and projects
• Performing root cause and impact analysis, documentation, and training
• Partner with subject matter experts and/or business management to capture and document business requirements and into functional specifications for tool development

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field
• Minimum 2 years demonstrated successful experience working with global, cross-functional teams in Quality improvement projects
• Experience partnering with subject matter experts and/or business management to capture and document business requirements into functional specifications, and executing those to a final product
• Minimum 2 years SAP master data governance (MDG) functional experience, with hands-on Data Modeling, Process Modeling and UI modeling experience
• A minimum of 5 years total experience in chemical or related manufacturing industry
• Excellent English skills in writing and verbal communication
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Data architecture and data modeling experience
• High degree of initiative to provide solutions in real time despite uncertainty as requirements are being shaped
• Experience with applying modern AI tools and approaches to assess complex datasets
• Ability to apply MDM concepts across multiple technology platforms such as Facilex, Enablon, in-house Sharepoint, and SAP HSE
• SAP Data Services or relevant ETL tools experience
