The role involves to assist the Senior Finance Associate administer our internal vehicle self-insurance fund.
Responsibilities
• Monitor the incoming notifications of vehicle incidents submitted by clients
• Analyse submissions and follow up with clients in the case of inconsistent or missing
information
• Transfer data to the Insurance module of GFM’s Fleetwave system
• Propose the resolution of each case for review by the Senior Finance Associate.
• Assist the Senior Finance Associate in the analysis of insurance claims data Contribute to any
other developments within the vehicle self-insurance fund
Experience
• No specific experience is absolutely necessary, but the following experience would be an advantage:
Customer Service, insurance administration, financial administration. Use of ERP (Enterprise Resource
Planning) systems such as Oracle, SAP
Language Requirements
• Fluent English
