The role involves to assist Associate Finance Officer with asset management and accounting tasks
Responsibilities
• Perform key tasks within the Fixed Assets module of company’s ERP (Asset Creation, adjustment and
retirement)
• Provide guidance to staff in organization’s operation worldwide on asset accounting and management
• Coordinate the annual asset physical verification: liaise with operations worldwide to ensure the timely
completion of the exercise and the necessary follow-up actions in the fixed assets module.
Experience
• Data management or financial administration.
• Use of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as Oracle, SAP is a significant advantage
Requirements
• Fluent English
• Excellent computer skills: in particular: Excel
• Accounting knowledge is a significant advantage
