In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Independently support the research, design, and development of software components until final release
• Serve as an FPGA subject matter expert for ADAS and automotive HIL solutions
• Follow established development processes and best practices
• Support timely delivery of high-quality products
• Review work quality and mentor team members

For This Role, You Will Need:
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in software and systems development
• Strong experience in high-throughput FPGA development
• Solid understanding of system design, development, and testing principles
• Strong ownership mindset, accountability, and sense of urgency
• Ability to work effectively in a team and provide leadership when needed
• Fast learning capability
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
• Experience with high-level programming languages (e.g., C++)
• Experience with LabVIEW, LabVIEW FPGA, and VeriStand
• Knowledge of the transportation industry, ADAS, and HIL systems
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps
• Experience working on integrated hardware–software development projects
