The Project Manager – Global Payroll Systems will lead strategic initiatives to implement and optimize payroll solutions across multiple regions, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with our corporate Core Values.

Roles & Responsibilities
Project Leadership:
• Drive end-to-end implementation of global payroll systems, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Scope projects accurately and comprehensively by defining clear objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements upfront to prevent scope creep and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Lead RFP processes and vendor selection for payroll systems integration, ensuring alignment with company’s technology standards, compliance requirements, and strategic objectives.
• Develop project plans, manage budgets, and mitigate risks in alignment with corporate’s governance standards.
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to deliver integrated payroll solutions.
• Communicate progress and escalate issues to leadership with transparency and accountability.
• Manage cross-functional teams effectively by tracking deliverables, holding regular status meetings, and providing clear, timely communication on project progress and risks.
Compliance & Governance:
• Ensure adherence to SOX, GDPR, and local payroll regulations.
• Implement robust controls and audit processes for payroll accuracy and security.
Technology Integration:
• Oversee integration with HRIS (Workday) and ERP platforms (SAP S/4HANA).
• Coordinate data migration, testing, and validation activities.
Change Management:
• Identify and assess change impacts across regions and functions, ensuring readiness plans address process, technology, and people implications. Develop training and communication plans to drive user adoption globally.
Essential Capabilities
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills to elevate team performance.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-country projects with cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in payroll compliance, HR technology platforms, and integration methodologies.

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8–10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in global payroll implementations.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale HR technology projects.
