Mobile Support Engineer (EM-12300)
Provide operational support for the firm’s Microsoft Intune infrastructure within the Mobile Endpoint Squad.
Perform incident diagnosis, troubleshooting, and escalation for mobile-related end-user issues.
Deploy mobile services, tools, and applications necessary for the Microsoft Intune platform.
Optimize processes and hand off repeatable tasks to the Level 2 offshore support team.
Own and manage problem and change management processes for mobile technologies.
Create and maintain comprehensive operational support documentation.
Collaborate with global engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure seamless mobile service delivery.
Requirements
Solid experience in enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as Mobile Iron, Microsoft Intune, Blackberry UEM, VMware AirWatch, or equivalent.
Strong grasp of IT infrastructure fundamentals (networks, databases, load balancers, IT security).
Hands-on automation or scripting experience using PowerShell, Perl, Python, or Shell scripting.
In-depth knowledge of iOS and Android mobile operating systems.
Strong understanding of networking concepts, including internet protocols and troubleshooting.
Excellent team collaboration skills and ability to work independently.
Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills in a high-pressure, enterprise environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Advantages
Experience with Office 365 and Intune App Protection Policies.
Understanding of mobile and computer security concepts.
Basic development knowledge on iOS and/or Android platforms.
Familiarity with enterprise networking infrastructure, including load balancers and firewalls.
