Senior IAM and Infrastructure Support Engineer (IF - 12317)
This strategic position combines deep technical expertise with strong process design and stakeholder engagement skills to support secure, scalable, and efficient IT infrastructure aligned with the organization’s business objectives.
Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions (SSO, MFA, privileged access, directory services) in Azure.
Lead identity lifecycle process automation (onboarding/offboarding, RBAC governance).
Provide 3rd-level support for cloud and virtualization environments within ITIL framework.
Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments, implement mitigation plans.
Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure availability, compliance, and reliability.
Automate IAM and cloud operations using scripting (PowerShell, Python).
Maintain accurate technical documentation and support handover to 1st/2nd level.
Collaborate with HR, IT, Security, and Business stakeholders to align IAM with business goals.
Support Azure infrastructure components, cost optimization, and cloud-native practices.
Participate in risk assessments, penetration tests, and architectural decisions.
Mentor junior engineers and foster best practices in IAM and infrastructure management.
Drive continuous improvement and process optimization through automation.
Requirements
Education & Certification
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
ITIL Foundation certification (or strong experience in ITIL environments).
Preferred: Certifications such as CISSP, PMP, Microsoft Certified (Azure).
Experience
5+ years in IT with focus on IAM, security architecture, or system integration.
Hands-on experience with Azure AD, ADFS, hybrid cloud (O365, Azure AD Connect).
Proven track record in IAM automation and cloud infrastructure management.
Preferred: SaaS/PaaS environments, scripting for automation.
Skills
Deep knowledge of IAM tools, Entra ID, and Azure security practices.
Strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to translate business needs into secure identity solutions.
Proficient in problem-solving, process creation, and automation.
