Senior Communication Technology Administrator (SL-12315)
Key Responsibilities:/
Manage and maintain Microsoft Teams telephony systems, VoIP solutions, and cloud-based communication platforms.
Optimize meeting and conference room technologies, ensuring seamless integration with collaboration tools.
Deploy and support contact center solutions, including call routing, IVR systems, and communication platform integration.
Oversee warehouse device connectivity, ensuring security and performance for IoT devices and scanners.
Develop and enforce best practices for telephony, conferencing, routing, and contact center management.
Troubleshoot and resolve communication technology issues, enhancing reliability and performance.
Provide technical guidance and training to junior administrators and end-users.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements for scalability and security.
Drive strategic planning, setup, and administration of cloud and on-premise telephony solutions.
Manage international number blocks, SIP trunk migrations, and ensure standardization across systems.
Support and administer digital signage solutions like Screencloud and info displays.
Professional Requirements:/
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience (5+ years) in administering communication technologies, with expertise in Microsoft Teams telephony, meeting rooms, cloud telephony, enterprise routing, contact center solutions, and warehouse device management.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Teams administration, including voice features, integration, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of cloud-based telephony solutions (e.g., SIP trunking, hosted PBX) and VoIP technologies.
Experience deploying and supporting contact center solutions
Warehouse device management systems (SOTI).
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
