Manufacturing Finance Controlling Analyst (SZJ-12276)
-- Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports for manufacturing operations, including cost analysis, budget tracking, and
variance analysis.
-- Provide insights into production costs, material usage, labor, and overhead to support decision-making.
-- Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs and variances against budgets and forecasts.
-- Investigate and report on discrepancies, highlighting key drivers of cost deviations.
-- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans for manufacturing
departments.
-- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data for financial planning purposes.
-- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing operations.
-- Provide actionable recommendations to improve operational and financial performance.
-- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve reporting accuracy.
-- Support the implementation of financial systems and tools for better data analysis and reporting.
-- Work closely with the Manufacturing Finance Controlling Lead to ensure alignment with broader financial goals and
strategies.
-- Partner with operations, supply chain, and engineering teams to provide financial insights and support operational
improvements.
Requirements:
-- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
-- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or related roles, preferably in a
manufacturing or industrial environment.
-- Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms, OneStream).
-- Advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, PowerPoint) is a plus.
-- Strong aptitude for analyzing complex data sets and presenting clear, actionable insights.
-- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey financial information to diverse
audiences. German language skills are highly desirable.
