What you'll be doing
You will be responsible for the end-to-end opportunity registration process.
• Advising on mechanisms to maximise the commercial benefit for the company from timely and accurate registrations of opportunities
• Creating, maintaining and managing deal registrations with selected manufacturers
• Declaring price protection and allocation of supplier funds
• Updating appropriate partner tools for opportunity registrations
• Undertaking initial appeals where registrations have failed or rejected by vendors
What you need to have
• You have no experience yet but would like to learn and would be interested to work in a multinational company OR
You could already have 1-2 years of experience in multinational environment but would like to develop yourself further
• You are fluent in French and English
• Degree in Commerce/Economics/Business related fields is an advantage
• You have sound knowledge of MS-Office and Knowledge of SAP
• You developed interpersonal skills: supplier relations, sales relations, relations with other internal departments
• You can easily understand wider landscape and effects on other parts of the business and other stakeholders
• You have distinctive organisational strength and ability to work with tight deadlines
• You are able to create valuable performance metrics and processes to capture data
• You have effective communication skills with regard to leading conversations and presentations
• You have high self-motivation and ability to work independently, experience in working in international and remotely managed teams is a big advantage.
