On a daily basis:
• Ensure AP operations run smoothly during migration and BAU, meeting policy/regulatory requirements.
• Drive standardisation, best practices, and continuous improvement/efficiency projects.
• Lead and develop the team: staffing, onboarding, training, coaching, 1:1s, performance and talent reviews; ensure backup coverage.
• Manage stakeholder relationships: handle escalations, run surveys, analyse feedback, and close improvement gaps.
• Own delivery: plan workload, hit KPIs/targets, maintain quality and audit compliance; support internal/external audits.
• Own/lead a strategic project and promote proactive, solution-oriented ways of working aligned to AP vision/mission.
What you need to have:
• You have 5+ years’ relevant Finance experience, including 3+ years in an international SSC environment.
• You have strong leadership and stakeholder management; ability to influence, prioritise, and deliver on tight timelines.
• You have analytical and customer-focused, with strong facilitation and presentation skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
• You have experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and strong MS Office skills; confident producing reports from data.
• You are fluent English; collaborative team player.
• AP experience is an advantage.
