Responsibilities:
> Development of manufacturing processes on production sites
> Responsible for mold tool management to ensure tool availability for continuous production
> Support equipment industrialization for process design and tool concepts
> Coordinate and conduct technology investigations and development to evaluate, improve and analyze plastic molding, taking several other processes into consideration as well
> Support the implementation of the production lines and equipment in the field of molding
> Process monitoring and –optimization of injection molding processes
> Worldwide support during provisioning, acceptance, and commissioning of Vitesco Technologies production sites
> Process management and improvement regarding tool management
> Creation and adaptation of specifications regarding process, equipment, and material

Requirements:
> Degree in technical field
> Experience of process development and project management
> Experience in injection molding field
> Proactive, self-responsible way of working with high quality standards
> 3D CAD program / Inventor experience is an advantage
> Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
