What you’ll be doing:

As a Junior Vendor Business Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing operational support for a number of our large partner programs in relation to; Vendor marketing & business development receivables across our core operating countries; working with local countries and stakeholder holders to ensure that we optimise efficiency and maximise vendor profitability.

On a daily basis:

• Monitoring our Partner’s program and guidelines to gain the necessary knowledge of the funding opportunities
• Ensuring that funding requests are planned and applied for with our Partners on time, accurately and communicated to the relevant stakeholder(s), in accordance with the Partners Guidelines.
• Ensuring that approved funding is claimed promptly in accordance with the Partners guidelines, whilst maximising the income available to the company
• Provide effective and regular communications to key stakeholders on current funding, program changes, and any risk of expiring funds, and escalate accordingly where required
• Provide commercial support for the use of Marketing and Business Development funding, including the sourcing of commercially competitive third-party agencies for the supply of goods and services
• Maintenance of appropriate Vendor tools for the respective marketing programs
• Ensuring that invoices raised correct, and paid in a timely manner.

What you need to have:

• You are Fluent in German and English
• You have at least 2 years’ experience in similar position
• You are interested in a back-office role and able to handle details in a precise way
• You have experience working with ERP systems -- preferably SAP Knowledge of IT industry and understanding of IT technologies and products is an advantage
• You have experience with MS office package, especially Excel
• You are able to prioritise and handle multiple requests simultaneously
• You have experience working in a multinational team.
