Jobsgarden is looking for a Technical Support Engineer for its prestigious multinational partner with worldwide presence

Tasks and responsibilities:
Manage technical inquires and technical quotations based on electrical diagrams and technical data
Manage cross references and provide technical support in choosing the components
Assist internal and external customers with product assistance
Provide technical and customer support
Initiates site interventions with service partners or field service engineers
process and product replacements/spare part orders together with the sales /ordre management/ logistics
Provide support in testing for the development of engineering tools
Technical and commercial documentations
initiate to increase productivity and efficiency from team and company activities

Engineering or equivalent Technical Degree (Electrical is an advantage)
Experience in Electrical field/Industrial Engineering or
Knowledge of electrical products and applications
Fluent in English and German/Dutch/Danish/Swedish
Analytical mindset, sales approach and customer orientation
