Office Assistant with Financial Focus (SZJ-11905)
General Tasks:
• Assist Chief Accountant with financial tasks
• Handle office administration duties
• Organize daily workflow efficiently
Professional Duties:
• Process incoming mails
• Verification of invoices: canning, copying, threading invoices
• Checking account compliance (formal, content requirements),
• Manage company bank accounts and financial transactions
• Recording invoice data Deep ERP system-routing, posting
• Coordinate travel arrangements and welcome guests
• Handle postal and shipment correspondence
• Manage petty cash and procure office supplies
• Maintain records and provide support to management
What you need to have:
• At least high-school graduation required
• 2-3 years office assistant experience, with 1-2 years financial and billing focus
• Native in Hungarian, basic level of English
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Be able to work independently
• Strong communication skills, excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to follow written SOP procedures

• Good problem-solving abilities and can tackle challenges effectively
• Communicates well and builds relationships, managing time effectively
