• Responsible for Electrical Development of power semiconductors modules, based on MOSFET, IGBT or SiC Technology
• Ensure electrical performance of power components from 100W up to 200kW for automotive applications such as power modules for (hybrid) electric cars
• Responsible for coordination of simulation and test activities
• Describe and secure the interactions of the power semiconductor components with all design elements of the commutation cell.
• Create specifications (definition and harmonization of requirements and derivation to sub-components)
• Contribute to continues improvement of unique semiconductor measurement systems
• Optimization of test specification including release of new test programs

Requirements:

• Electrical or mechatronic engineering or other relevant technical degree
• Three years working experience in the areas of semiconductor testing or hardware development or power semiconductor development
• Experience with Matlab or LabView or simulation tools (Simplorer, LT-Spice, pSpice) are highly beneficial
• Ability to act as a member of international development team
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Fluent English or German language skills
