We are looking for an experienced ERP Solution Lead to oversee the development and implementation of Microsoft D365 F&O.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead ERP Development – Improve and customize our ERP system for scalability.

-Ensure Quality and Agile Delivery – Manage implementation using SCRUM/Kanban frameworks.

-Proven leadership in ERP/CRM development, especially with Microsoft D365 F&O.

Feladatok:

• A létesítmény teljes informatikai infrastruktúrájának (rendszerek, hálózatok, szerverek, végponti eszközök) üzemeltetése, felügyelete és folyamatos karbantartása a vállalati irányelveknek megfelelően.
• A szervezeti IT-szabályzatok és belső kontrollfolyamatok betartásának biztosítása, valamint rendszeres belső ellenőrzések lebonyolítása.
• Szoros együttműködés a részlegvezetőkkel az üzleti és operációs folyamatok informatikai támogatásában, fejlesztési lehetőségek azonosításában és bevezetésében.
• Új alkalmazások bevezetésének, valamint a meglévő rendszerek frissítésének és verzióváltásainak koordinálása.
• Helyi igényekre szabott fejlesztések szakmai felügyelete és összehangolása a központi IT-iráánymutatásokkal.
• A hardver- és szoftverkörnyezet műszaki üzemeltetésének biztosítása a központi technológiai ajánlások mentén.
• Az ügyfelek és munkatársak által használt digitális szolgáltatások folyamatos rendelkezésre állásának biztosítása.
• Az informatikai rendszerek biztonságának felügyelete, adatvédelmi és információbiztonsági követelmények érvényesítése.
• A 0–24 órában működő üzletkritikus rendszerek (pl. értékesítési rendszerek, levelezés, internetkapcsolat) monitorozása és incidenskezelése.
• Felhasználói támogatás biztosítása a szervezet különböző területei számára (L1–L2 szintű támogatás koordinálása).
• Jogosultságkezelési, frissítési és adatbiztonsági folyamatok működtetése és felügyelete.
• Éves IT-költségvetés előkészítése, tervezése és nyomon követése a jóváhagyott keretek mentén.
• Külső partnerekkel, beszállítókkal és szolgáltatókkal történő kapcsolattartás és szerződéses együttműködés koordinálása.
• Részletes rendszerdokumentáció készítése és naprakészen tartása.
• Rendszeres riportálás a vezetőség és a regionális/központi IT irányába az aktuális állapotról, kockázatokról és fejlesztési lehetőségekről.

Elvárások:

• Felsőfokú informatikai végzettség
• Teljes munkaidős, személyes jelenlét vállalása
• Naprakész ismeretek adatvédelem és információbiztonság területén (GDPR, PCI-DSS, CIS ajánlások)
• Microsoft felhőszolgáltatások (Azure, Microsoft 365) magabiztos ismerete
• Legalább 5 év releváns szakmai tapasztalat hasonló felelősségi körben
• Windows Server és hálózati infrastruktúra alapos ismerete
• Kiemelkedő problémamegoldó és kommunikációs készség
• Tárgyalóképes angol nyelvtudás szóban és írásban

Responsibilities
• Continuously monitor changes and new features in Microsoft D365 Sales and Customer Insights
• Gather, organize, and share D365-related information through trainings and demos for business and IT stakeholders
• Collaborate with Retail Customer Tribe and other departments to understand business needs and propose platform-based solutions in line with IT strategy

• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of customer value support systems
• Maintain strong communication with internal and external IT experts
• Design architecture for Dynamics solutions in line with business and risk requirements, while meeting bank-wide architectural and security standards
• Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams and specifications
• Support and ensure quality of proposed solutions during implementation
• Cooperate with enterprise, data, infrastructure, cloud architects and external technology specialists

Requirements
• University or college degree in a technical field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
• Solid understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies and services
• Experience with system integration technologies
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, creative, and team-oriented personality
• Good communication skills in English

Responsibilities
Collect, document, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams, focusing on CRM-related developments.
Work in close collaboration with sales, customer care, product, and IT teams to design and implement a new cloud-based CRM solution.
Ensure all technical requirements are feasible, scalable, and aligned with the organization’s existing technology stack and capabilities.
Act as a key point of contact for the new CRM platform throughout its development, enhancement, and the rollout of new features.
Coordinate with external vendors and third-party providers during all stages of development and implementation.
Define testing requirements, develop test cases, and manage thorough user acceptance testing (UAT) before the release of new loyalty features or system updates.
Analyze and map data flows between systems to guarantee seamless customer and loyalty-related data exchange across various platforms.

Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the CRM development field.
Hands-on experience in CRM campaign management and CRM solution development (such as MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Teradata, Unica, or similar platforms).
Strong background in translating business needs into detailed technical specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues and recommend effective, practical solutions.
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
