What you'll do
• Own technical QA activities within an agile software development team.
• Design, develop and maintain automated test solutions for critical business processes.
• Build and improve UI, API and integration test coverage.
• Apply risk-based testing principles to focus automation efforts on high-impact areas.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Improve the stability, speed and maintainability of the test automation framework.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Managers and QA Engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Support continuous delivery practices and quality engineering initiatives.
• Perform manual testing when required to validate business-critical functionality.
• Promote automation best practices and share technical knowledge across teams.
• Explore and leverage AI-assisted engineering and testing tools to increase quality and efficiency.

About you
• 3+ years of experience in Technical QA, SDET, Test Automation Engineering or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated testing solutions.
• Strong understanding of test automation architecture and framework design.
• Experience with API and/or UI test automation.
• Comfortable working with code, debugging issues and solving technical problems.
• Familiar with CI/CD practices and modern software development processes.
• Able to design effective test scenarios based on business risk and customer impact.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to have
• Experience with Playwright, Pytest, Pest or similar automation frameworks.
• Experience testing REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted testing or development tools.
• Background in SaaS, cloud, hosting or web-based product environments.
