Responsibilities:
1. Establish and operate a precision distributor customer funnel for the Hungarian market, implementing tiered management of pipeline prospects, qualified leads, and high-value targets.
2. Identify key decision-makers, conduct on-site visits and business negotiations, and deliver presentations on the company and product value while aligning with customer needs.
3. Lead business negotiations, contract signing, and sample shipments; drive conversion through regular follow-up visits; address objections and ensure contract terms are effectively implemented.
4. Facilitate partnership agreements, secure the first order and subsequent repeat orders, and manage end-to-end order execution, delivery follow-up, and day-to-day channel operations.

Requirements:
- Chinese nationals preferred; fluent in Hungarian and in English. Foreign nationals must be able to communicate in Chinese.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher;
- Understand energy storage products and related technologies;
- 5-10 years of experience as a Country Manager
