Responsibilities:
1. Establish and operate a precision distributor‑customer funnel for the Hungarian market, implementing tiered management of pipeline leads, prospective customers, and high‑value targets. Job responsibilities.
2. Identify key decision-makers, conduct on-site visits and business negotiations, and deliver presentations on the company and product value while aligning with client needs.
3. Lead business negotiations, contract signing, and sample shipments; drive conversion through regular follow-up visits; address objections and ensure the effective implementation of contractual terms.
4. Facilitate the signing of cooperation agreements, secure the initial order and subsequent repeat orders, and manage end-to-end order tracking, delivery follow-up, and day-to-day channel operations.
Requirements:
1. Proficient in Chinese, Croatian and English, capable of conducting business communications.
2. Preference given to Chinese nationals; foreign applicants must be proficient in Chinese.
3. At least 3–5 years of sales experience in the energy storage industry, with a proven track record of successfully onboarding at least 3–5 major new clients and establishing a robust network of industry contacts.
