Responsibilities
🔹 Solution Design & Delivery
• Gather and analyze business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Translate business needs into scalable and efficient Dynamics 365 solutions
• Design end-to-end ERP solutions (processes, workflows, integrations)
• Drive cross-functional ERP usage (incident, change, release, and service management)
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
🔹 Architecture & Technical Leadership
• Define architecture based on Dynamics 365 (functional, technical, data, security layers)
• Document solution architecture and ensure adherence to best practices
• Provide technical guidance to development teams
• Conduct code reviews and validate solution designs
🔹 Implementation & Optimization
• Lead the technical implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions
• Oversee system configuration and customization activities
• Drive cost optimization and efficiency improvements
• Enhance system performance and operational stability
🔹 Integration & Data
• Design integrations with CRM systems and third-party applications
• Define and execute data migration strategies
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems
🔹 Security & Compliance
• Design and implement security models (access control, authentication, encryption)
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR)
🔹 Stakeholder Management
• Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
• Collaborate with business, IT, and external partners
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
🔹 Continuous Improvement & Operations
• Support ERP product roadmap and strategic initiatives
• Manage releases and coordinate testing activities
• Maintain documentation and operational procedures
• Establish and promote best practices
• Provide user support and training

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Solid understanding of ERP systems and business processes
