Responsibilities
• Implement integrations using Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Dataverse, and custom connectors.
• Design and develop solutions leveraging Copilot Studio and the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Provide technical advisory services, including governance recommendations, DLP policy guidance, and solution architecture best practices.
• Prepare solution designs, technical documentation, and implementation plans.
• Build, configure, and deploy agents and automation solutions.
• Deliver workshops, demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing sessions for stakeholders and customers.
• Support pre-sales activities through solution design, technical consultations, effort estimations, and presentations.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and other technical teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, data protection, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
• Hands-on experience with or strong interest in Copilot Studio, including generative AI capabilities and plugin/action integrations.
• Advanced knowledge of Power Automate, including cloud flows, approvals, and system integrations.
• Solid understanding of Dataverse, data modeling, security concepts, roles, and environment management.
• Experience integrating SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 services, and external systems.
• Proven customer-facing experience in consulting, solution design, technical advisory, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), security, and environment strategy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Experience delivering workshops, training sessions, or technical demonstrations.
• Ability to create clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Relevant Microsoft Power Platform and/or Copilot Studio certifications are considered an advantage (e.g., PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, AB-100, AB-410, AB-620, AB-900).
