Senior Associate, HR Shared Service (PE- 12054)
Employee Lifecycle Support: Guide employees through their lifecycle at the company by providing HR-related advice and completing administrative tasks in internal systems.
Customer Service: Ensure an outstanding customer experience through phone and chat support, as well as transactional processes, following operational guidelines and service standards.
HR Documentation: Create employment-related documents compliant with country-specific legal requirements.
Case Management: Accurately document all transactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the HR Contact Center case management system.
KPI Management: Meet and aim to exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to HR service delivery.
Escalation Management: Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary and ensure timely follow-up.
Process Improvement: Proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, or process gaps and work with teams to implement solutions.
Project Leadership: Lead process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and support new incoming processes.
What you need to have
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 0-3 years of experience in customer service or HR, with a strong interest in HR processes and employee-centric operations.
Languages: Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and Word, with experience in HR databases or contact center technology.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally via phone and email.
