Sales Representative (PE-12051)
New Account Development: Make outbound calls to potential clients to establish new business relationships.
Sales Negotiations: Use judgment and negotiation skills to close sales deals while maintaining appropriate business margins.
Full Sales Cycle Management: Learn and execute the entire sales order process, handling a full portfolio of clients.
Sales Metrics and Client Relationship: Adhere to daily sales metrics, such as call time, and maintain and strengthen relationships with customers.
Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market conditions, including customer and vendor requirements, pricing, and competition.
Strategic Sales Programs: Develop and implement sales strategies at key accounts.
Database Management: Consistently maintain and accurately update sales-related databases.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams like Sales, Commodity Managers, Sales Managers, and Order Management to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance sales opportunities.
Client Relationships: Manage relationships with both domestic and international corporate accounts.
Industry Trends: Keep informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitors.
What you need to have:
Sales Experience: relevant sales experience, with B2B experience being a significant advantage.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage positively and professionally over the phone.
Motivation and Work Ethic: Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of handling a high volume of calls while managing multiple accounts.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is required.
Team and Independent Work: Must be reliable, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Prior Experience: Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
