Recruitment Specialist (PE-12052)
Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and conducting interviews.
Candidate Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet ongoing hiring needs.
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a large and diverse pool of qualified applicants.
Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires and departing employees.
HR Record Management: Maintain and regularly update employee records and HR databases to ensure accurate documentation.
Policy and Procedure Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices.
What you need to have:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in human resources or a related role, with a focus on recruitment.
HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and current employment laws.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees.
Attention to Detail: Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong time-management skills.
Technical Skills: Proficient in HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
