Global Inside Sales Account Manager with German (PE -12049)
Building long term relationships with Customers globally and with the Internal Teams
Creating the client landscape and understanding the customer inventory and cost base
Generating leads / new business opportunities using Inside Sales defined capabilities
Protecting existing revenues with resigning or upgrading existing contracts
Administrating and forecasting business opportunities in Salesforce
Selling the company portfolio using Inside Sales defined capabilities according to account strategy: including cross-sell and up-sell
Targeting the customers with regular sales campaigns, delivering campaign targets
Acting as a SPOC for customers within company together with Internal Teams

Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes while delivering a service
Communicating effectively and efficiently while adapting to your audience and getting the message through as intended
Taking the responsibility and taking care of the consequences of making decisions
Proven experience in delivering effective and engaging presentations to a variety of audiences
Professional skills
Must have the ability to work independently and taking ownership of sales projects
Must have previous experience in customer facing roles
Business/Economics/Engineering (Telecoms) Degree or equivalent job experience is an advantage
Must have enthusiasm about technology and telecommunications
Language skills
German on a fluent/native level
English on a fluent level
Any European language on a fluent level is an advantage

Work Schedule: Normal working hours
Home office opportunity: 2 days/week
