Senior Technical Program Manager (EM - 12029)
• Program Leadership:
o Lead and manage large-scale network infrastructure programs from inception through to completion. This includes planning, executing, and overseeing projects schedules, budgets, and resources.
o Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams throughout all phases of the program.
• Technical Expertise: Leverage your deep understating of network infrastructure technologies to guide project planning and execution. This includes knowledge of routers, switches, firewall, load balancers, VPNs, and datacenter networking.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with engineering, IT, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are well defined, risks are mitigated, and deliverables are met.
o Facilitate effective communication across all teams.
• Project Planning and Execution:
o Develop detailed program objectives, scope, deliverables, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
o Monitor and track project progress, identify risks and issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Stakeholder Management:
o Server as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
o Communicate program status, updates, milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholder through regular reporting and presentations.
o Ensure stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
o Address stakeholder concerns and prioritize feedback to ensure successful program delivery.
• Quality Assurance:
o Ensure all network infrastructure projects meet the required quality standards and comply with industry best practices and security regulations.
• Risk Management:
o Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
o Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address identified risks.
o Monitor and track risk factors throughout the program lifecycle, implementing proactive measures to minimize risk exposure.
• Document and reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation including technical specifications, design documents and project reports. Provide regular and detailed status updates to senior management.
• Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contributes to development of best practice for project/program management and network infrastructure delivery.
