EMEA Statutory Portfolio Manager (PE- 12024)
-- Statutory Financial Management: Oversee and deliver statutory financial statements and audits across multiple jurisdictions within EMEA.
-- Audit Management: Prepare and manage US & Statutory audits, supporting the implementation of standard workbooks and financial statements.
-- Team Leadership: Manage and guide a support team to ensure accurate preparation and delivery of financial data.
-- Process Documentation: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies.
-- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with audit teams, tax professionals, business leaders, and third-party auditors.
-- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements and centralization opportunities in statutory processes.
-- Technology Integration: Explore and implement digital solutions to enhance efficiency.
What you need to have
-- Education: University degree in Finance & Accounting or a related field.
-- Certifications: Professional accounting certification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is advantageous.
-- Experience: Extensive experience in statutory and financial audit processes, managing portfolios in a multinational context.
-- Skills: Strong technical accounting skills, excellent English communication, and system knowledge (Oracle/SAP).
-- Mindset: Proactive, enthusiastic, with a focus on change management and process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma -- experience preferred).
