Our client is an EU Agency, based in Budapest, having its offices in the 6th district. Now they are looking for a Facilities & Relocation Assistant .
Pozíció részletezése / Position overview
The Facilities & Relocation Assistant will support the Facilities Assistant in its daily duties, including the premises relocation project.

Main tasks:

• Contribution to daily tasks related to facilities
• Contribution to new premises relocation project.
• Assisting the Facilities Assistant with architects and other contractors.

Requirements:

• Education: Secondary, post-secondary education, preferably with a background in administration (Office Management) and especially in logistic field. Experience in the field of building constructions is an advantage.
• Work experience: Minimum 2 years of experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong organizational skills, eye for detail, accuracy, precision,
• Able to work in an international and multi-cultural environment,
• Excellent diplomatic skills, able to attend / contribute to meetings with authorities

Advantageous:

• Experience in real estate project development field
• Experience in building management (retail, office or apartment) field
• Experience working with/for relocation agencies, national or international

Computer skills required:

• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of software (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook);

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

• Very good command of both written and spoken English (C1 and above)

What we offer:

• Expected duration: 9 months
• Monthly gross salary of the position: EUR 2,383.89
