We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage our IT projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects, and the ability to lead cross-functional global teams.

Qualifications:
-- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration)
-- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince 2 certification are advantage.
-- 5-10+ years of experience in IT project management.
-- Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects across Global teams. Experience with SAP projects and SaaS based projects a plus
-- Strong leadership and team management skills.
-- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
-- Proficiency in project management software and tools. Experience with SAP PPM a plus
-- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
-- Strong organizational and time management skills.
-- Knowledge of the Jira platform
-- Knowledge of HPALM Defect Management Tool and JIRA Zephyr desirable

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Stakeholder Management:

Risk Management:
-- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
-- Proactively address project issues and obstacles.

Quality Assurance:
-- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
-- Perform thorough testing and validation of project outputs.
-- Knowledge of HPALM Defect Management Tool and JIRA Zephyr desirable

Resource Management:
-- Allocate and manage project resources efficiently.
-- Monitor resource utilization and adjust as necessary.

Budget Management:
-- Create and manage project budgets.
-- Monitor project expenditures and control costs.
-- Experience with SAP PPM a plus

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.

Continuous Improvement:
