Our multinational client is a prestigious multinational company with worldwide presence, for which we look for a Senior HR Generalist .

What you’ll be doing:

– Coordinate Training & Development programs
– Support deploying and improving an effective communications strategy
– Develop and execute employment branding strategies with the aim of having the company plant to become ’employer of choice’ in the region
– Support employees with a high degree of customer satisfaction
– Organize company events such as CSR, coordinate and attend all campus site visits, job fairs, competitions, on- and off-site events
– Ensure resources by recruiting and selecting high caliber candidates
– Support organizational development, engagement, change management projects and activities
– Design and deploy site related processes, policies
– Provide advice regarding succession planning, talent development and performance management
– Ensure legal and audit compliance within the HR area
– Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports data analysis, included but not limited as headcount and turnover
– Participate in HR Administration related activities
– Represent the production site at HR in external/internal events
– Analyze business requirements, assess alternative solutions, design develop and implement new HR ways of working for the Győr site
– Participate in meetings that involve a range of issues (e.g. personnel actions, regulatory requirements, actions involving outside agencies, inter-department needs, etc.) for the purpose of developing recommendations and/or supporting other staff
– Promote Continuous Improvement culture

What you need to have:

– A Bachelor degree
– Experience in HR with at least 5 years’ experience in a multinational company (manufacturing expertise is preferred)
– Possessing working knowledge of Hungarian employment legislation
– Strong communication with ability to work with people at multiple levels
– Able to operate across, and influence within, a complex matrixes organizational structure
– Knowledge of (HR) principles, policies and (business) concepts
– Able to prepare, analyze and interpret HR and operational analyses/reports
– Able to think creatively and operationally with strong analytical skills
– Confidently using the MS Office Suite
– Fluency in English
